Rafael works as a Commercial Analyst for Key Bank and has been working in the banking industry for more than 10 years. Rafael has a heart for service and wants to ensure our students have the opportunities to serve as well. He has a student who attends MOSAICS.

From humble beginnings in rural northwest Alabama to Harvard, decorated military veteran to award-winning venture developer, Ray has continuously excelled as an entrepreneur, educator, innovator, and leader. He has over two decades of experience in pedagogy and curriculum design, education and training development and delivery, and monitoring and evaluation.

Tricia has worked for over 30 years at at Continental Investors and has been a member of the Caldwell community even longer. She is the grandmother of a student at MOSAICS and is excited for STEAM education in Caldwell. She is an expert in finance and in the local community.

Bryan is currently the Canyon County Prosecutor. He believes STEAM education provides an excellent foundation for children in the future. Bryan has a daughter enrolled at MOSAICS. He brings expertise in open meeting law and in policy implementation.

Brandy is the Program Director and attorney for Familias Unidas, an immigration legal services provider affiliated with the Community Council of Idaho. She was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in October 2018. Brandy brings expertise in law and is committed to serving underserved populations.

Doug serves the city of Caldwell as a Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Adams is a Caldwell native and is passionate about providing kids in Canyon County quality STEAM experiences.

Mike serves as the Child Welfare Chief at Idaho Health and Welfare. Mike works towards providing all students quality educational experiences inside a safe, caring environment.
